• Account information — your email address and password, processed on our behalf by our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Content you submit — text you submit for speech generation, and audio samples you upload for voice cloning.
• Generated output — the audio files produced from your requests, stored so you can access your generation history.
• Billing information — since we bill in USDT, we collect the transaction hash and wallet address you submit to confirm payment. We never collect or store credit card numbers.
• Usage data — information about how you interact with the platform, such as feature usage and error logs, used to maintain and improve the service.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the MerjoAI platform.
• To process your text-to-speech and voice cloning requests through our third-party voice model providers.
• To verify and reconcile USDT payments to your account.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, or changes to our services.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or misuse.

We share data with the following categories of third parties strictly to deliver the service:

• Authentication — Clerk processes your sign-in credentials and session data.
• Voice synthesis providers — text and, where applicable, voice samples are sent to ElevenLabs, Minimax, or Microsoft Edge TTS to generate audio. Each provider processes this data under its own terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your voice samples or generated audio with anyone beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

Voice samples you upload for cloning are used solely to train and generate your custom voice model. You may delete a cloned voice and its associated samples at any time from your account settings. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to clone any voice you submit — see our Terms of Service for more on acceptable use.

We retain your account data, generation history, and billing records for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

MerjoAI is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
