Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MerjoAI ("MerjoAI", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MerjoAI.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MerjoAI. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

MerjoAI lets you generate synthetic speech from text and create custom voice clones, by routing your requests to third-party voice model providers such as ElevenLabs, Minimax, and Microsoft Edge TTS. Available providers, voices, and features may change over time.

You agree not to use MerjoAI to:

• Clone a voice without the explicit consent of the person whose voice it is, or impersonate any person or entity without authorization.
• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or publicity rights.
• Generate misleading audio intended to deceive, including fabricated statements attributed to real people.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with its normal operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

You retain ownership of the text and audio samples you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, audio you generate is yours to use, including for commercial purposes. Some voices made available through our providers may carry additional provider-specific usage restrictions, which we surface in the voice picker where applicable — you are responsible for complying with them.

You grant MerjoAI a limited license to process your text and audio submissions solely to provide and improve the service, including sending them to our voice synthesis providers as needed to fulfill your requests.

MerjoAI is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis, settled in USDT. You submit a transaction hash to confirm payment, which we verify before crediting your account. Credits applied to your account are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

We aim to keep MerjoAI available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and availability may depend on the uptime of our third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MerjoAI and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using MerjoAI and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of MerjoAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
